HOW IS THE JEWELRY MADE?

Each pendant is hand cut, polished and steamed for a beautiful, shiny finish. Our gold plating is done to enhance the look and wearability of our jewels, sterling silver being the base and then depositing a layer of gold or rose gold, using our electroplating process. Our final step is engraving our pendants with your very own personalized message, using our diamond tip engraving machine providing an elegant and graceful finish.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed with byFloranne will typically ship within 4-10 days. Order Processing Times may increase during holidays and sales. 

Because life happens, we offer rush processing & shipping to accommodate inconvenient occasions. In order to get your order out as soon as possible,  purchase the USPS Priority or Express Shipping option at checkout. 

For all orders, you will receive a shipment and delivery notification to the email provided at check out. 

Because our pieces are handmade with love especially for you, cancellations can only be made within a 24-hour window frame. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email at byfloranne@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We offer FREE SHIPPING via USPS First Class on all continental United States orders over $75.

 

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?

You will receive an email including your tracking number when your order leaves our studio.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?

All changes to orders must be made within 12 hours, as we strive to process and start working on each order as we receive it.

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

Wear it and store it with love. It is recommended to keep your jewelry away from salt water, chlorine or any chemicals such as hairspray, perfume, oils and lotions. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

byFloranne will accept returns for store credit within 7 days the delivery date. Please note that shipping costs will not be covered by byFloranne. Jewelry must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged and unused. Once items are received, the customer will be issued a store credit within 2-5 business days.

At this time, we do not offer free returns via mail and all return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer. We highly encourage you to use a traceable shipping method and to retain your return tracking information until your refund is processed. 

Items that are personalized are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit. If we made a mistake with your order, we will be happy to fix or remake the order for you. In such case, please reach out to us at  byfloranne@gmail.com and we’ll gladly help you.  

We actually want you to proudly wear your piece of jewelry. If you are unhappy with the length of an item, please contact us byfloranne@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please note that you are responsible for any shipping costs and/or a possible restocking fee. 

 

DOES MY ORDER COME WITH A WARRANTY?

Yes! All byFloranne pieces have a 60-day warranty for any chain or clasp defects. Please, email us if you're having issues with a broken chain or faulty clasp at byfloranne@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue. If your necklace breaks after the 60-day time frame, contact us and we will work with you on a replacement chain.
